Allen Park, Mich. – The Detroit Lions announced today that they have signed WR Tom Kennedy to the active roster from the practice squad. Additional contract terms were not disclosed.
In addition, the team announced that they have signed DT Frank Herron to the practice squad.
Herron comes to Detroit after most recently spending the preseason with the Tennessee Titans. He originally entered the NFL with the New England Patriots as an undrafted rookie free agent out of LSU in 2018 and has also spent time with the Seattle Seahawks.
