Lions sign free agent WR Keshawn Martin

Allen Park, Mich. –The Detroit Lions announced today that they have signed free agent WR Keshawn Martin. Contract terms were not disclosed.

Martin enters his sixth NFL season following previous stints with the Houston Texans (2012-14), New England Patriots (2015) and San Francisco 49ers (2016). Originally drafted by the Texans in the fourth round (121st overall) of the 2012 NFL Draft out of Michigan State, the Inkster, Mich. native has appeared in 58 career games (10 starts), as well as four postseason games. His career regular season totals include 62 receptions for 685 yards and five touchdowns.
