Lions awarded WR Chris Lacy via waivers from New England Patriots

Allen Park, Mich. – The Detroit Lions announced today that they have been awarded WR Chris Lacy via waivers from the New England Patriots.

In addition, the team announced that they have waived CB Josh Okonye.

Lacy comes to Detroit after originally entering the NFL this year as an undrafted rookie free agent with the New England Patriots out of Oklahoma State. In four seasons at Oklahoma State (2014-17), he recorded 63 receptions for 920 yards and five touchdowns in 49 career games.
