Lions waive LB Raphael Kirby and sign LB Chi Chi Ariguzo

Allen Park, Mich. –The Detroit Lions announced today that they have waived LB Raphael Kirby and signed LB Chi Chi Ariguzo. Contract terms were not disclosed.

Ariguzo joins the Lions defense after spending the 2015 season on Reserve/Injured with the San Diego Chargers. He entered the NFL as an undrafted rookie free agent with the Chargers last season out of Northwestern, where he appeared in 48 games during his four-year college career (2011-14).
