Lions sign undrafted rookie free agent DL Louis Palmer

Allen Park, Mich. –The Detroit Lions announced today that they have signed undrafted rookie free agent DL Louis Palmer. Contract terms were not disclosed.

A native of Detroit, Palmer played four seasons at Central Michigan (2012-15), where he appeared in 48 games. He finished his college career with 91 total tackles, five sacks, 13 tackles for loss, two forced fumbles and three pass defenses.

The Lions also announced today that they have released T Lamar Holmes.
