Lions sign free agent OL Brian Mihalik

Allen Park, Mich. –The Detroit Lions announced today that they have signed free agent OL Brian Mihalik. Contract terms were not disclosed.

Mihalik (6-9, 302) comes to Detroit after most recently participating in training camp with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He appeared in the Steelers' preseason opener against Detroit (8/12).

A seventh-round selection (237th overall) by the Philadelphia Eagles in the 2015 NFL Draft out of Boston College, Mihalik spent the beginning of the 2015 season as a member of the Eagles practice squad.
