Lions-Packers flexed to 8:30 p.m.

The NFL has flexed the Lions' Week 17 matchup with the Green Bay Packers to 8:30 p.m. The game was originally scheduled to start at 1:00 p.m.

The game is scheduled to be televised on NBC, and will be the Lions' first appearance on Sunday Night Football this season.

The winner of the prime-time showdown will win the NFC North division title and host a playoff game.

The Packers beat the Lions 34-27 at Lambeau Field in Week 3.

The Lions can secure a playoff berth by beating the Dallas Cowboys on Monday night in Week 16.
