DETROIT — The Detroit Lions announced today the addition of a new program called High School Game of the Week.
Each week, the team will bring the Detroit Lions game experience to metro Detroit high schools. The event will include: appearances by Lions legends and current players; Detroit Lions Cheerleaders and Roary; on-site activities such as cornhole, putt-putt, face painting and more; and a chance to win Lions tickets and swag.
The Lions will have an on-site presence at eight games this season, including:
August 31: Novi Catholic Central vs. Detroit King
September 6: Trenton vs. South Lyon
September 13: Utica Eisenhower vs. Chippewa Valley
September 20: Clarkston vs. West Bloomfield
September 27: Madison Heights Bishop Foley vs. Royal Oak Shrine
October 11: Carleton Airport vs. Flat Rock
October 18: Salem vs. Plymouth
October 25: Southgate Anderson vs. Allen Park
