Allen Park, Mich. – The Detroit Lions announced today that RB David Montgomery has been traded to the Houston Texans in exchange for OL Juice Scruggs, a 2026 4th-round Draft pick and a 2027 7th-round Draft pick.
Scruggs was originally selected by the Texans in the second round (62nd overall) of the 2023 NFL Draft out of Penn State and has appeared in 37-career games (20 starts) over his first three NFL seasons.
