Biography
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:
- Selected by the Lions in the fifth round (171st overall) of the 2025 NFL Draft out of LSU.
- Is the first offensive lineman Detroit has selected out of LSU since 1988.
COLLEGE:
- Played three seasons at LSU (2022-24) and two seasons at Florida International (2020-21). He started in 50-of-54 career games, with 27 starts at right guard, 11 starts at left tackle, 10 starts at left guard, and two starts at right tackle. At LSU, he allowed only 4.0 sacks on 1,564 pass-blocking snaps over his three seasons (per PFF).
- 2024 (LSU): Appeared in all 13 games (13 starts), where he did not allow a sack on 578 pass blocking snaps. He earned an 88.0 PFF pass-blocking grade.
- Allowed one QB hit on 579 pass-blocking snaps
- 2023 (LSU): Appeared in all 13 games (13 starts) at right guard, during which he played the third-most snaps of any offensive player for the Tigers (785). He helped his offense lead the nation in points per game (45.5) and total yards per game (543.5).
- His offensive line was a finalist for the Joe Moore Award, which recognizes the most outstanding offensive line unit in college football.
- 2022 (LSU): Appeared in all 14 games (13 starts) with ten starts at left guard, two starts at right guard and one start at right tackle. He helped the offense set the school record for rushing touchdowns in a season (39).
