The purchase of season tickets is a privilege offered only to renewing season ticket members whose accounts are and remain in good standing and may be revoked at any time by the Detroit Lions in its sole discretion. Acceptance of payment of any season ticket invoice, in full or in part, is conditional and the Detroit Lions may refuse to deliver or later cancel season tickets delivered to a season ticket member whose account is not in good standing or has been revoked for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment, violations of the Lions' ticketing policies, or The Ford Field Fan Code of Conduct. In such case the account holder's sole remedy for such revocation or cancellation is a refund of the amounts paid for season tickets not delivered or later cancelled.
