Where are the new Club LLM Marketplaces?

• Delta Club: Located near Sections 202/203 at the former Breadless location.
• Fifth Third Gridiron Club: Located on Level 3 near the elevators at the former Fanatics shop.

What is the complimentary popcorn and drink benefit?

• Each Club LLM ticket includes one complimentary 44 oz. popcorn, and your choice of a 12 oz. can of Coke, Diet Coke, or Sprite, or 16.9 oz. bottled water per game. The benefit is available for each eligible ticket on the LLM account, including tickets transferred to a guest of the LLM.

How do I redeem my complimentary popcorn/drink?

• You can redeem your complimentary popcorn/drink by accessing your Lions Perks Card. Your Lions Perks Card can be found in the top left corner of the Lions app or through the Member Portal. For more information about the Lions Perks Card, please visit www.lionsperks.com.

I have multiple tickets; how many complimentary popcorn/drinks can I get?

• You can redeem one complimentary popcorn and drink for each eligible Club LLM ticket on your account. Simply scan your Perks Card to redeem the benefits associated with your tickets.

How many times per game am I able to claim my popcorn and drink?

• You are able to claim your popcorn and drink once per game. The popcorn and drink must be picked up at the same time.

Can I transfer my benefit to someone else each game?

• The complimentary popcorn and drink benefit follows the eligible Club LLM ticket when it is transferred directly to another fan. The recipient of the transferred ticket will be able to redeem the benefit for that game. Tickets resold through NFL Ticket Exchange do not include the benefit, and the benefit will no longer be available to the original ticket holder once the ticket is resold.

Do I have to get my popcorn and drink at the same time?

• Your complimentary popcorn and drink are redeemed together when your Perks Card is scanned, so be sure to pick up both items at the time of redemption.

When are the Club LLM Marketplaces open to get my popcorn/drink?

• Club LLM Marketplaces are open from when gates open through the end of the third quarter, giving you plenty of time to redeem your benefit during the game.

What do I do if my perks card is not working?

• Our Membership Service team is available to help! Visit the Membership Service table located near the Club LLM Marketplace for assistance with your Perks Card.

Can I redeem this benefit at the LLM Marketplaces that are not in the North or South Club?

• The complimentary popcorn and drink benefit is exclusively available at the Club LLM Marketplaces located in the Delta Club and Fifth Third Gridiron Club.

Can I screenshot my Perks Card and use it for redemption?

• Please access your Perks Card directly from your mobile device when redeeming your benefit, as screenshots cannot be accepted.

Can I transfer my benefit without transferring my ticket?

• The complimentary popcorn and drink benefit is linked to the eligible Club LLM ticket and transfers with the ticket. When a ticket is transferred directly to another fan, the final recipient of the ticket will receive the benefit for that game.

If a ticket is transferred back to me, does the benefit return as well?

• Yes. If an eligible Club LLM ticket is transferred back to your account, the complimentary popcorn and drink benefit will return with the ticket and be available for redemption.

Do unused popcorn and drink benefits roll over to future games?

• The complimentary popcorn and drink benefit is available once per eligible ticket, per game, and resets for each Lions home game.

Can I substitute another menu item instead of popcorn or a canned soda/bottle of water?

• Club LLM Marketplaces are dedicated to this benefit and offer a 44 oz. popcorn along with your choice of an eligible canned Coca-Cola beverage or bottled water. Additional food and beverage options are available for purchase at other locations throughout the Club.

I don't see my popcorn and soda benefit on my Perks card. When will I see it?

• As soon as the Club LLM ticket is scanned for entry into the building, the benefit will appear on the Lions Perks Card, accessible through the MyLions app. Please allow up to 5 minutes for the benefit to be loaded onto your Perks Card following your entry scan.
