Ravens roundup: Stats show Jackson is in uncharted passing territory

After a dominant 52-21 win over the Chicago Bears for their home opener, the Detroit Lions head to M&T Bank Stadium to face the Baltimore Ravens on Monday Night Football at 8:15 p.m. Both teams enter the matchup 1-1 and look to build on the momentum from Week 2.

Last week: The Ravens defeated the Cleveland Browns for their first win of the season, 41-17. Scoring 31 points in the second half, including three touchdowns in the fourth quarter, Baltimore put up a dominant performance for their home opener.

History: In limited meetings between the two teams, Baltimore leads the all-time series over Detroit, 6-1. The Ravens won the most recent matchup in 2023 with a 38-6 victory, keeping the Lions scoreless until the fourth quarter. Detroit is looking for their first win over Baltimore since 2005.

Storyline to watch: Week 3 shapes up to be a battle of the quarterbacks with Ravens QB Lamar Jackson and Lions QB Jared Goff having the highest total QBR over the first two weeks.

Jackson leads the season with an 83.3 QBR just ahead of Goff at 82.1. Goff controlled Week 2 with a 94.0 QBR, while Jackson led Week 1 at 92.4.
