Lions general manager Bob Quinn filled a number of holes with quality veteran talent via free agency.
He filled holes upfront along the offensive line with the signings of tackle Rick Wagner and guard T.J. Lang.
Quinn added much needed talent and depth to the front seven on defense with players like Cornelius Washington, Paul Worrilow and Akeem Spence.
D.J. Hayden adds a veteran to the cornerback room.
All of the new Lions began work this week with the start of the offseason training program. One of their first duties was selecting their new jersey numbers with the Lions.
