Lions Perks is available digitally in the Detroit Lions Mobile App. All fans are encouraged to scan their card upon every in-stadium food & beverage or merchandise purchase. Fans earn sweepstakes entries for each dollar they spend on gamedays. Sweepstakes prizes include Kroger gift cards, pregame field passes, a trip to the Pro Bowl and a trip to the Super Bowl. Fans that participate in Lions Perks also can qualify for unique communications and prizes throughout the year. More information is available at www.LionsPerks.com. 

For a fan to view their Lions Perks, they simply need to follow the below steps:  

  • Download the Detroit Lions Mobile App on their smart phone (REQUIRED) 
  • Tap "My Account" at the bottom of the screen 
  • Login with your registered MyLionsAccount or Ticketmaster email address. If you are a first-time user for MyLionsAccount and have not yet established a MyLionsAccount password, you will need to establish a password at time of signup. 
  • Click on the Lions Perks Card tile to view the unique digital Lions Perks Card

DID YOU KNOW ABOUT THE DETROIT LIONS POWER HOUR PRESENTED BY SOARING EAGLE?

Join us for Power Hour presented by Soaring Eagle before every home game! Starting at gates opening and lasting one hour (unless otherwise posted), Power Hour gives fans the opportunity to participate in tailgating games and activities and enjoy food and drink specials.

Activities include:

  • Game day giveaways while supplies last
  • Spin It To Win It and the One Pride Wheel at the Blitz Level 2 above Gate A
  • Chalk Talk and autographs with Lions Legends at the Bud Light Party Zone at Section 239
  • Opportunity to meet the Cheerleaders at Gate A
  • Live Music at Gate D Social near Section 127

Power Hour Presented by Soaring Eagle takes place in Blitz, featuring Miller and Miller Lite, on Level 2 above the Gate A Atrium Section 100, the Bud Light Party Zone, featuring Budweiser and Bud Light, at Section 239, the Social at Gate D Section 127, the Corner Bar & Grill at Section 222, and the Comerica Gridiron Club and South Club Main Bar. Fans who enter Ford Field during Power Hour will also have the opportunity to receive the giveaway of the game, while supplies last. The gate giveaway will end when all items have been distributed or Power Hour ends.

DID YOU KNOW TICKETMASTER IS OUR TICKETING PROVIDER?

Ticketmaster is the primary ticketing provider for the Detroit Lions and Ford Field. Tickets may be purchased at detroitlions.com/tickets, ticketmaster.com, or by calling 800-745-3000. Tickets may also be purchased in person at the Ford Field Ticket Office, located at Gate G on St. Antoine St., Monday - Friday from 10:00am until 6:00pm

DID YOU KNOW WE HAVE FREE CELL PHONE CHARGING STATIONS?

Guests can safely and conveniently charge their phones while enjoying the game in a secure charging station locker. Charging stations are free for guests. Simply enter a phone number or 10-digit pin to open and close a locker and no cost will be incurred. Adapters for Apple, Android, Blackberry & Windows cell phones are in each locker. Guests can visit Guest Services with any questions.

DID YOU KNOW ABOUT THE NFL BAG POLICY?

In accordance with NFL Security Guidelines, the only bags, packages, or containers permitted to be carried by fans as the approach the stadium are as follows:

  • Bag that is clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and does not exceed 12" x 6" x 12"
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (ziploc bag or similar)
  • Small clutch bag, camera and binocular cases, not exceeding 4.5" x 6.5", with or without a hand or strap

DID YOU KNOW WE NOW HAVE CLOSED CAPTIONING AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS DURING HOME GAMES?

The Lions have teamed up with Home Team Captions to provide closed captioning for deaf and hard of hearing guests during home games. Closed captioning of the public address system is available on the Lions' official mobile app by clicking on the Game Day tab. Guests can use their personal smartphones or stop by the Guest Services locations to loan out a tablet on game day starting in the regular season. The program will start running automatically. Guests can change the font, font size, color and background, if needed. Follow these steps to access the system:

Ford Field's Sensory Room is designed to provide a calming, safe environment for those who may feel overstimulated by their surrounding environment. We ask that this room and the items in it are used for their intended purpose in a safe and respectful manner to provide our guests with the tools they need to manage their sensory needs adequately. In an effort to provide this safe space to all guests when they may be experiencing difficulty managing overstimulation/sensory overload, we ask that guests exit the sensory room once they have reached a level of stimulation that will allow them to safely return to the outside environment.

To gain access to the Sensory Room, please visit the nearest Guest Services desk for assistance or text us at 313-513- 8398 (available on game and large event days only). Sensory kits are also available at Guest Service Desks, as well as in the Sensory Room.

Bodman is the official Law Firm of the Detroit Lions with offices located right inside Ford Field. Bodman is the new sponsor of the suites located on levels 4, 5, and 6 of the south side of the stadium. Click here to to learn more.

DID YOU KNOW WE HAVE A PLAY OF THE GAME PHOTO EXPERIENCE?

Located on the Henry Ford Health concourse, near Gate G (Section 113), guests will stand in front of the Lions Sideline backdrop to capture a photo of themselves making a spectacular play and send the photo to their family & friends to highlight the experience!

DID YOU KNOW YOU CAN TAKE THE QLINE TO FORD FIELD?

Owned and operated by M-1 Rail, the QLine can place fans very close to Ford Field. With a 6.6-mile circulating streetcar loop serving 12 stops on Woodward Ave. from Downtown Detroit through Midtown, New Center and the North End, Ford Field guests can find a station conveniently located near almost any parking facility along Woodward Ave. The QLine opened to the public on May 12, 2017.

DID YOU KNOW WE HAVE SEVERAL OUTDOOR SMOKING LOCATIONS?

For the comfort and health of all fans, Ford Field is a smoke-free facility as required by the Michigan State Law. Smoking is not allowed inside the stadium including all seating areas, restrooms, club lounges, bars and suites. This includes, but is not limited to, electronic cigarettes, vaporizers and tobacco. During Detroit Lions home games & most large events, smoking is only allowed in the following outdoor locations:

During the entire game:

  • Gate D Level 1 - Section 128/129
  • Gate E – Section 225

The smoke-free facility policy includes the use of electronic cigarettes, other vaping devices, marijuana (including prescription) and all other tobacco-related products. Violators found vaping, smoking or chewing/spitting tobacco inside of the stadium are subject to immediate ejection.

DID YOU KNOW ABOUT THE WINDSOR TUNNEL SHUTTLE BUS?

The Tunnel Bus, operated by Transit Windsor, offers transportation between downtown Windsor and Detroit for Lions regular season home games & most pre-season games and large events.

DID YOU KNOW ABOUT THE FIRST LIONS GAME CERTIFICATES AND BUTTONS?

Certificates are free of charge and are available throughout the game at all Guest Service Desks. Guest Service Desks will also have First Game Buttons to give to first time children at Ford Field.

DID YOU KNOW ABOUT THE KIDS POST-GAME TOUCHDOWN RUN?

After select Detroit Lions home games this season, kid's ages 5 to 14 can score a touchdown on the field and receive a complimentary mini football (while supplies last). To participate, line up at the lower concourse Level 1 behind Section 121/122 immediately following the game.

DID YOU KNOW YOU CAN HIRE ROARY?

Roary is the Detroit Lions mascot and available for both public and private appearances. Roary may also visit a guests' seats on a Lions' home game day as long as the appearance is coordinated two weeks prior to game day. Roary is available for special events in the State of Michigan. Interested parties should complete and submit a Roary Appearance Request Form at https://www.detroitlions.com/football-education/roary/book-roary.

DID YOU KNOW YOU CAN PURCHASE A PERSONALIZED MESSAGE ON THE VIDEOBOARD?

The Detroit Lions are happy to celebrate special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries and congratulations with their fans at home games. For a donation to the Detroit Lions Foundation, guests can purchase personalized messages to appear on the endzone videoboards during halftime of a Lions game at Ford Field. Please note that videoboard messages are subject to approval and availability and must be submitted through the Detroit Lions website at least (4) days prior to game day. Text Assist is a text messaging service that enables Ford Field guests to communicate directly and interactively with Ford Field Operations staff to report issues related to safety, security and customer satisfaction.

DID YOU KNOW ABOUT THE MOTHER'S NURSING ROOMS?

Presented by MESP (Michigan Education Savings Program)

Ford Field has three Mother's Nursing Rooms and one Mamava Nursing Pod. Two of the Nursing Rooms are located on Level 4 and Level 5 of the Bodman South Suites. Mothers without a Suite Ticket should first visit Gate A Guest Services at Section 100 for a pass. The third Nursing Room and the Mamava Nursing Pod are at Section 133 near the Gate B Guest Service desk. For entry or assistance on game or event day, guests should check in at Gate B Guest Services. Guests can also download the official Mamava mobile app to check the availability of and to unlock the Nursing Pod. Please note that pumping supplies are permitted after passing inspection, including small soft pack coolers to store milk. However, other baby items (diapers, wipes, bottles) must be carried in a clear bag as diaper bags are not allowed per the NFL Clear Bag Policy.

DID YOU KNOW COMERICA BANK CARD HOLDERS NOW HAVE A SEPARATE ENTRANCE?

Comerica Entrance for Comerica Bank Credit and Debit Card holders is located at the north end of Gate A near Section 141 inside the stadium. Only guests who show a Comerica Bank Card can use this entrance.

DO YOU KNOW HOW TO ACCESS WIFI AT FORD FIELD?

Guests entering the perimeter of the stadium can connect to stadium WiFi by selecting 'Ford Field WiFi' and accepting the terms and conditions on the authentication page through their mobile browser. Many existing Verizon customers will automatically be authenticated, depending on their mobile device and operating system. In order to access the network, users will be required to disable personal mobile hotspots on their device while connected to Ford Field WiFi.

DID YOU KNOW ABOUT THE DESIGNATED DRIVER PROGRAM?

Guests who are 21 years and older can sign up for the Designated Driver Program at the nearest Guest Services location or on the Lions App. Guests pledge not to consume alcoholic beverages and provide responsible transportation for their group members. The stub can be used at any Streats of Detroit concession stand for a free small soft drink or at any Turf Tavern for a non-alcoholic beer. Turf Taverns are located at Sections 105, 128, 132 and 236. Pledge forms can be filled out up until halftime of a Lions home game. All pledge forms must be turned into Gate A Guest Services at Section 100 by the end of halftime. One winner will be called by the announcer to win a prize. Please direct the winner to Gate A Guest Services Desk at Section 100.
