CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:

  • 2024 PFWA All-Rookie Team (Special Teamer)
  • As a rookie in 2024, he appeared in 16 games and produced six rushes for 14 yards (2.3 avg.), three receptions for 37 yards (12.3 avg.) and two kickoff returns for 55 yards (27.5 avg.). He also led the Lions with eight special teams tackles.
  • Selected by the Lions in the fourth round (132nd overall) of the 2024 NFL Draft out of Utah.
  • Is the first running back out of Utah that the Lions have ever selected.

COLLEGE:

  • Played 26 games (17 starts) at Utah (2022-23), where he split time at running back and safety. As a running back, he totaled 42 rushes for 317 yards (7.5 avg.) and two touchdowns and added in 11 receptions for 203 yards (18.5 avg.) and three touchdowns. As a safety, he tallied 92 tackles (71 solo), 12.0 tackles for loss, five pass defenses, 2.0 sacks, one interception and one forced fumble.
  • 2023: Started in 12 games, seeing action as both a running back and a safety. At running back he carried the ball 42 times for 317 yards (7.5 avg.) and two touchdowns and had 11 receptions for 203 yards (18.5 avg.) and three touchdowns. At safety he made 51 tackles (37 solo), 8.5 tackles for loss, 2.0 sacks, two pass defenses and one interception.

    • Ranked second on the team in tackles for loss.
    • Finished tied-for-10th in the Pac-12 with 7.5 tackles for loss during conference play.
    • Became the first Pac-12 player since 2014 to record a sack and receiving touchdown in the same game.
  • 2022: Appeared in all 14 games (five starts) as a safety, logging 41 tackles (34 solo), 3.5 tackles for loss, three pass defenses and one forced fumble.
