Biography

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Selected by the Lions in the sixth round (189th overall) of the 2024 NFL Draft out of LSU.
  • Is the first defensive player out of LSU the Lions have drafted since DE Collis Temple in 1974.

COLLEGE:

  • Played two seasons at LSU (2022-23), and one season at Missouri (2021), compiling 104 career tackles (52 solo), 13.0 tackles for loss, 8.5 sacks, four passes defended, two fumbles recovered, one forced fumble and one interception.
  • 2023 (LSU): While dealing with an injury during the season, he appeared in eight games (seven starts), recording 25 tackles (11 solo), 5.0 tackles for loss, and 4.5 sacks.

    • Chosen by coaching staff to wear the number 18 jersey as the player who best represents the team on and off the field.
  • 2022 (LSU): After transferring to LSU, he appeared in 14 games (13 starts), logging 46 tackles (25 solo), 6.0 tackles for loss, four pass defenses, 3.0 sacks, two fumbles recovered, and one forced fumble.
