  • A secure changing location
  • A public restroom will not be considered an appropriate changing location
  • Please be sure no one will be entering or exiting the room while Roary is changing

  • It is the responsibility of the client to let Roary know when the requested timeframe is finished for his appearance. Any overages taking place past that requested time will be charged to the client.
  • Any damage caused to the Roary costume at your event where repairs are necessary may be charged to the client.
  • Roary reserves the right to walk away from any appearance he deems harmful or unsafe.
  • Any advertising using the Roary name, picture, or likeness must be approved in advance by the Detroit Lions and the mascot coordinator.
  • The Detroit Lions request any photography/videography shot during the event featuring Roary be provided to the organization, preferably in a digital format.
  • The Detroit Lions retain the right to use any photography/videography taken during an event for promotional purposes.
