Roary Appearances

• Completion of the request form is a request only and does not guarantee an appearance.
• Requests will be booked no more than 3 months out from the scheduled event date and no later than 2 weeks from the event date.
• Please Note: if a request is submitted earlier than 3 months out, correspondence may not be received until closer to the 3 month window.
• In Season Appearance Rate (September 1 - February 28) = $300 per hour

• Off Season Appearance Rate (March 1 - August 31) = $225 per hour

• All Appearances must be a minimum of (1) hour in duration

• Any appearances taking place more than 30 miles (one way) from Ford Field will be charged an additional mileage fee of $0.655 per mile past the initial 30 miles.
• All mileage charges will be charged for the round trip.
