Cameron Josse joins the Lions in 2025 in his first season as an assistant strength and conditioning coach. He comes to Detroit after most recently working in a similar role with the football program at Auburn University. Prior to his time at Auburn, Josse spent three seasons with Indiana University's football program as an athletic performance coach.
His career in sports performance began at DeFranco's Training Systems, where he held the position of Director of Sports Performance from 2014-2020.
Josse holds CSCS certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Additionally, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology from the University of Rhode Island, where he played defensive back from 2010-13. He later earned his master's degree in exercise science from William Patterson University. He is currently a PhD candidate at Jean Monnet University in Saint-Etienne, France. Josse is married to his wife, Jennifer.
