Roary Appearance Guidelines
- Completion of the Roary Appearance Request form does not guarantee an appearance, and requests are handled on a first come first served basis.
- Since Roary is a busy Lion and in high demand, requests will be booked no more than 2 months out of the scheduled event date. If your request is submitted earlier than 2 months ahead of event, please be patient and Roary will respond as soon as he can!
Event Date Guidelines
The client is responsible for providing Roary with:
- Parking close to the event
- A secure changing location (a public restroom will not be considered an appropriate changing location)
- It is the responsibility of the client to notify Roary when the requested time frame is finished for his appearance. Any overages taking place past the agreed upon time will be charged to the client.
- Any damage caused to the Roary costume at your event that requires repair may be charged to the client.
- Advertising using Roary's name, image, and likeness must be approved in advance by the Detroit Lions.
