For 1:00 PM Game (Change accordingly based on game time)
7:30 AM – 9:30 AM Load-In
(ALL VEHICLES MUST BE REMOVED FROM BRUSH STREET BY 9:30 AM)
10:00 AM ALL DISPLAYS READY TO GO
10:30 AM – 1:00 PM PRIDE PLAZA OPEN
1:30 PM – 3:00 PM LOAD OUT
LOCATION
Allocated space along Brush Street
LOAD IN
Must arrive at the corner of Brush and Montcalm Streets. One vehicle per vendor will receive access onto Brush to unload. You must unload and then return to set up your booth. All vendor equipment/possessions are subject to inspection by Ford Field Security.
PARKING
One (1) parking space in the Campus Martius Garage will be provided. The address 1140 Farmer St., Detroit, MI 48226. Oversized vehicles, large trucks or trailers are prohibited. Parking location can change based on availability.
*NOTE: Lot may change based on time of game.
LOAD-OUT
Breakdown of space must begin 30 minutes after kickoff. VEHICLE ACCESS ONTO BRUSH STREET FOR LOAD-OUT IS PROHIBITED.
Personnel must relocate all materials (Ex: brochures, banners, etc.) via hand trucks only to the corner of Adams & John R or Brush & Montcalm for post-event pick-up.
GIVEAWAYS
Distribution of premiums (key chain, pens, etc.) are subject to approval by The Detroit Lions / Ford Field. Distribution of decals, stickers or magnets and objects that can be used as missiles or projectiles (sticks, bats, frisbees, balls, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
*NOTE: Power is extremely limited, so nothing can be guaranteed by the Detroit Lions / Ford Field. The Detroit Lions / Ford Field reserve the right to close any booth at any time for any reason.
SIZE: 10' x 10' space unless otherwise mutually agreed upon
STAFFING: Responsibility of partner/agency
QUANTITY: One (1) per Lions home game
