Jessica Larmony enters her fifth season with the Lions organization and third as scouting operations manager after being promoted to the position in 2018. She originally came to the Lions in 2016 as the team's community relations coordinator, where she oversaw the club's charities platform for two seasons.
Prior to Detroit, Larmony spent three seasons at Western Michigan University, working in multiple roles within football operations. At Western Michigan, she began as the team's Director of Internal Football Operations (2013-14) before being named Director of Football Operations in 2014. Larmony was one of three women in the country at the time to hold a Director of Football Operations position at the Division 1-A level. In her role, she oversaw every aspect of Western Michigan football's day-to-day logistics, including travel, recruiting, marketing and branding.
Larmony joined WMU's football staff after spending time (2010-13) with Rutgers football as a recruiting assistant, helping coordinate the team's recruiting visits, football camps and serving as the primary manager of the team's recruiting database.
A St. Martin, French West Indies native, Larmony grew up in Perth Amboy, N.J. She earned her bachelor's degree in communications from Rutgers University and her master's in sports management from Western Michigan.
