Ryba's world-renowned fudge is handcrafted using a decades-old recipe that Harry Ryba perfected on the east side of Detroit. Our use of the finest ingredients in combination with our unique process, results in the creamiest and smoothest fudge around.

To ensure quality, consistency and flavor, our novice fudge makers complete a two-year apprenticeship, before making fudge on their own. Further, our fudge is meticulously cooked before cooling on Italian marble slabs.
