ADA/ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION

Accessible Parking

Disabled parking is available on game days in Lot 4 (on Montcalm St. located just north of Ford Field and east of Brush Street) and the Ford Field Parking Deck (on St. Antoine off of Madison). Spots are available on a first-come, first serve basis to our guests with the appropriate disabled permit and a state-issued license plate or placard. All Ford Field parking facilities are ADA compliant. Guests needing assistance can enter through most Ford Field gates and may utilize any passenger elevator.

Drop-off/Pick-up Area

The Drop-off and Pick-up areas are located on the corners of Montcalm and Brush near Gate B at Section 133, and Adams and John R outside of Gate A at Section 100. Please note that street closures and shuttle buses may impact these areas. Guests should always follow the direction of Law Enforcement Officers and Traffic Directors.

Disabled/ADA Seating

Ford Field provides wheelchair accessible and companion seating for guests needing assistance. The disabled seating areas are located at the top of the sections on the lower and upper concourses. On the tickets "COM" refers to the companion stadium style seat and "HAN" stands for the disabled space that requires a wheelchair or a folding chair. Please contact the usher if a folding chair is needed. Guest should contact the Ford Field Ticket Office in advance at 313-262-2167 for more information and availability. Seat relocation on game and event days is based on availability.

For guests needing assistance that do not have disabled or wheelchair seating for the game/event, tickets may be exchanged for disabled/wheelchair seating depending upon availability. Guests who utilize a wheelchair, walker, cane or crutches may be relocated. Tickets can be exchanged on game and event days inside of Ford Field at the Advance Ticket Windows at Gate A located on the side of the escalators by Section 100 or Gate G located next to the escalators by Section 112. Guests should first visit the nearest Guest Services location to fill out a seat relocation form. Only one companion seat is allowed with the exchange depending upon availability. Contact the nearest Guest Services representative for questions.

Assisted Listening Devices

Guests needing assistance can obtain Assisted Listening Devices at Gates A, B, C, E & G Guest Services.

Closed Captioning on Lions App

The Lions have teamed up with Home Team Captions to provide closed captioning for deaf and hard of hearing guests during Lions home games. Closed captioning of the public address system is available on the Lions' official mobile app by clicking on the Game Day tab. Guests can use their personal smartphones or stop by the Guest Services locations to loan out a tablet on game day starting in the regular season. Follow these steps to access the system:

The program will start running automatically. Guests can change the font, font size, color and background, if needed.

Concessions & Merchandise

Most concession and merchandise stands at Ford Field are accessible to guests needing assistance.

Restroom Facilities

Most restrooms and all family restrooms are accommodated with wheelchair accessible facilities.

Teletype Telephone for Hearing Impaired (TTY)

A TTY phone is available next to the payphone located at Gate G at Section 112.

Wheelchairs

Guests are encouraged to bring their own ADA Mobility devices including canes, crutches, walkers, scooters, and wheelchairs. On gameday, wheelchairs are available for transporting guests from the Guest Services locations to their stadium seats but will not be available for use during the event. Guests can be picked up at the conclusion of the event and brought back to the gate. Guests should contact the nearest Guest Services representative or usher for coordination.

Medical Items Approved for Entry

Guests who need to bring in certain items for medical reasons should request a Medical Letter from Guest Services at least two weeks in advance of the game or event. Guests must forward their information, including the name and address of the guest needing the Medical Letter, items needed and which event(s) they will be attending to guest.services@lions.nfl.net. If approved, a letter will be emailed which must be presented at the gates for entry. The letter will be valid for the season for season ticket holders. Items should be carried in bags that comply with the NFL Clear Bag Policy, unless another type of Medical Bag is necessary. All items will be inspected by security at the gates. For questions please contact Guest Services at 313-262-2222, Option #6 (Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM).

ALCOHOL POLICY

It is the intention of Ford Field to create an enjoyable experience for all guests so that everyone can return home safely after attending an event at Ford Field.

Valid I.D. is required for purchase. We reserve the right to refuse alcoholic beverage service to any individual who cannot provide adequate proof confirming they are at least 21 years of age.

Acceptable forms of I.D. must have a photo and include:

  • Valid U.S. or Canadian Driver's License
  • Valid Passport
  • Valid State I.D. or Canadian I.D.
  • Valid Military I.D.
  • Alcohol will not be sold to guests who display signs of intoxication.
  • Guests may purchase no more than two alcoholic beverages at a time.
  • Ford Field reserves the right to card any guest purchasing or consuming alcoholic beverages at any time.
  • Alcohol sales cease at the end of the 3rd quarter for football games.
  • Ford Field reserves the right to end alcohol sales at any time and at any location within the facility to regulate guest consumption and behavior (see Guest Code of Conduct).
  • Guests may not take any alcoholic beverages out of the stadium and alcoholic consumption is prohibited in the parking areas.

We ask that you drink responsibly and we encourage the use of a designated driver (see Designated Diver Program).

ANIMALS

Animals are not permitted in or on the facility grounds with the exception of trained service animals for guests needing assistance.

BABY CHANGING TABLES

Baby changing tables are located in the restrooms on Levels 1 and 2. On the Club levels, the changing tables are located in the family restrooms. Ford Field also has three Mother's Nursing Rooms at Sections 133, 225 and Level 4 of the Bodman Suites elevator lobby. Guests without a Club or Suite Ticket can visit Gate A or G Guest Services at Section 100 for a pass to the suite level.

BAG CHECK TRUCKS

For bags that exceed the permissible size, guests have the option of returning the item to their vehicle or checking it at one of the two bag trucks located outside during Lions game days. There are no lockers outside of the stadium to store items and all items left unattended outside the Stadium are subject to disposal. Bag check trucks are located outside at the following locations:

  • Outside of Gate A (Section 100) on Adams St. near John R
  • Outside Gate F (Section 120)

Guests can check their bags for a $10 fee, cash only. Please note that Ford Field is not responsible for damaged, lost, abandoned or unclaimed property. Guests are advised to remove all items needed from checked bags. Bag check is open for one hour following the conclusion of the game. In the event guests forget to pick up their property within this time frame, they can call the Security Command Center at 313-262-2999.

BAG POLICY

In accordance with NFL Security Guidelines, the size and type of bags allowed into Ford Field are limited during Detroit Lions home games and designated events. Clear bags, including clear draw string bags, clear backpacks, clear fanny packs, and clear cross body bags are allowed and must be 12" x 6" x 12 or smaller. One-gallon plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar) are also allowed. Small clutch bags, camera & binocular cases, not exceeding 4.5" x 6.5", with or without a handle or strap, can be taken into the stadium upon inspection with one of the clear plastic bag options. Ford Field reserves the right to expand or modify the bag policy at any time.

BIRTHDAY SCOREBOARD MESSAGES

The Detroit Lions are happy to celebrate special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries and congratulations with their fans at home games. For a $150 donation to the Detroit Lions Charities, guests can purchase either a Happy Birthday or personalized message to appear on the south scoreboard during halftime of a Lions game at Ford Field. Please note that scoreboard messages are subject to approval and availability (fifteen messages will run per game) and should be submitted through the Detroit Lions website well in advance of game day. Marriage proposals are not permitted. This exciting opportunity is only available through the following link: www.detroitlions.com/birthdays.

BLITZ

Located on Level 2, above the Gate A Atrium at Section 100. Features market style dining including sandwiches, snacks, beer and cocktails. The Blitz is open to all guests with many seating options available. No special ticket is required for entry.

On most Lions game days, located just outside Blitz is the pre-game show broadcast from the Henry Ford Health System Update Desk. The DTE Power Hour will feature pre-game Tailgate food and drink specials at the Blitz, Bud Light Party Zone, Crown Royal Corner Bar & Grille and Gate D. Tailgate games and activities will also be featured in the area around the Blitz. The DTE Power Hour begins when gates open and lasts for one hour.

BUD LIGHT PARTY ZONE

Guests of all ages are welcome to enjoy a large variety of food and beverage options throughout the game in this festive place. Located on Level 2 near Section 238. On most Lions game days, the DTE Power Hour will feature pre-game Tailgate food and drink specials at the Blitz, Bud Light Party Zone, Crown Royal Corner Bar & Grille, and Gate D. The DTE Power Hour begins when gates open and lasts for one hour.

Group/Tour Bus Parking

Group/Tour bus parking is located on North Fisher (I-75) Freeway Service Drive, north of Comerica Park and Ford Field, at the direction of Ford Field Traffic Directors. The closest gates for entry and exit are Gate B at Section 133 or Gate C at Section 235.

FAST

FAST is a service powered by SMART, which offers limited stops and connects the suburbs to downtown quickly and easily. The high-frequency service travels along three of Detroit's busiest corridors, Gratiot, Woodward, and Michigan, and only stops at designated FAST stops. FAST buses come every 15 minutes for peak operating hours and operate 7 days a week, even most late-nights and weekends. For only $2.00 each way FAST is affordable and gets you to your destination quickly. Cameras with lenses longer than five inches and/or Selfie Sticks are not permitted. CELL PHONE CHARGING STATIONS

Guests can safely and conveniently charge their phones while enjoying the game in a secure charging station locker. Charging stations are free for guests. Simply enter a phone number or 10-digit pin to open and close a locker and no cost will be incurred. Adapters for Apple, Android, Blackberry & Windows cell phones are in each locker. Guests can visit Guest Services with any questions.

Baby Items & Diaper Bags

Infant items in a clear bag (bottles, formula) are allowed with a child. Diaper bags are not allowed per the NFL bag policy. Please see Items Not Permitted for more information.

Strollers & Carriers

Body Baby Carries may be permitted after passing inspection. Strollers and other types of hand held carriers and car seats are not permitted.

Breast Pumps

Medically necessary items including small soft pack coolers and breast pumps may be permitted after passing inspection. Items may be brought with or without a child. Please see Nursing/Mother's Room for more information.

Child Ticket Policy

Children two (2) years of age and under will be permitted to enter Ford Field for Detroit Lions home games without a ticket. They must be seated on a parent or guardian's lap and must not interfere with the sightlines and/ or enjoyment of other fans. All patrons three years old and older must have a ticket to gain entrance into Ford Field for Detroit Lions games. Ford Field reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Club Seats are located on Levels 2 and 3 and represent the ultimate in luxury with first-class concessions, upscale cuisine, access to club lounges, padded seats with cup holders, private restrooms and much more. Club guests can access both the South Club and the Comerica Gridiron Club.

Club Seating Sections:

  • Club 200C - 214C South side of the stadium. Guest can take both sets of escalators at Gates A Section 100 or Gate G Section 112. Guests may also access the Beaubien elevators at Section 104 and Gate G elevators at Section 112 to Level 3.
  • Club 227C - 234C North side of the stadium on Level 2.
  • Club 330C - 332C (Rows 1-5 only in the 300 level sections) North side of the stadium on Level 2 and upstairs.

CLUB LOUNGES

In order to access the Club Lounges, guests must have the following appropriate ticket or pass:

Comerica Gridiron Club Level 2 & 3 is the two level club space on the north side of the stadium. With full service bars, including a specialty wine bar and three local food partners, this area is the place to enjoy before, during, and after the game.

Guests with Bodman Suite Tickets, Comerica Gridiron Suite Tickets, Plante Moran Terrace Suite Tickets, and Club Tickets (Sections 200C-214C, 227C-234C, 330C-332C) can access the Comerica Gridiron Club on the concourse behind Section 232/233. For access throughout the event, guests will receive a wristband upon entering the Comerica Gridiron Club. Post-game activities for Comerica Gridiron Club ticket holders are hosted in the Level 2 bar area for one hour post-game.

Club 200 is located on Level 3 at the west end of the South Club (above Gate A at Section 200). Club 200 is a full season membership that includes an all-inclusive food & beverage package with two adult beverage vouchers. Guests can access up the sets of escalators at Gate A at Section 100 or Gate G at Section 112 or the Beaubien elevators at Section 104 to Level 3. For access throughout the event, a Club 200 wristband will be provided at the entrance to Club 200, near the seating bowl. Guests will also receive a Club 200 exclusive giveaway. Club 200 will be open up to one hour post-game.

MGM Grand Detroit Tunnel Club This exclusive club can be accessed using the private entrance near at Gate A near Section 100 on the side of the escalators by The Stadium Collection. Guests must have either a Field Level Seat (Section FLS) ticket and pass or a MGM Grand Detroit Tunnel Club pass to access the club space.

Guests have access to the MGM Grand Detroit Tunnel Club three hours prior to kick off until one hour post-game and will have an up-close view of Detroit Lions players leaving and entering the locker room. Food and beverage is available throughout the event in the club. Guests may also order from a limited menu through their in-seat server in the Field Level Seats.

South Club contains various eateries, three full service bars and the Hall of Legends. The Loge Boxes, Club Level Sections 200C-214C, and Suites C1-C8 are also located in the South Club. Take both sets of escalators at Gate A Section 100 or Gate G Section 112. Guests may also use the Beaubien elevators at Section 104 or Gate G elevators at Section 112 to Level 3.

The South Club will remain open up to one hour after the conclusion of a Lions home game and usually one hour after events and concerts.

CROWD MANAGEMENT

Ford Field's crowd management, event management and building security is provided by S.A.F.E. Management. S.A.F.E. is a specifically tailored event & crowd management company that specializes in sport facility and special event management, providing trained Ushers, Ticket Takers, Guest Services & Security positions. The goal is to provide all guests and fans of the Detroit Lions and Ford Field the most pleasant experience possible by creating and maintaining an enjoyable and safe environment, communicating correct information and promoting a professional image.

CROWN ROYAL CORNER BAR & GRILLE

The Crown Royal Corner Bar & Grille is located on Level 2 in the northeast corner of the stadium near Section 222 and features a full bar with a variety of beer. The menu features burgers as well as other pub-style favorites. This lounge is open to all ticket holders beginning when all stadium gates open. Alcohol sales cease at the end of the 3rd quarter.

On most Lions game days, the DTE Power Hour will feature pre-game Tailgate food and drink specials at the Blitz, Bud Light Party Zone, Crown Royal Corner Bar & Grille and Gate D. The Crown Royal Corner Bar & Grille will also feature Trivia Games during Power Hour.

All the action is happening at the Crown Royal Corner Bar & Grille with the live broadcast of our Post-Game Radio Show during The 5th Quarter, featuring game analysis and appearances by Lions players after most Detroit Lions home games. Specials include $2 hot dogs, $3 Labatt Blue and Labatt Blue Light and $3 cocktails.

CUB CLUB & CUB CLUB ZONE

Roary's Cub Club is the official Detroit Lions Fan Club for kids age 14 and under. Be a part of the coolest club in town and sign up for the 2020-2021 season. The Cub Club Memberships are available through the end of November and include a Roary's Cub Club membership kit, the Cub Club quarterly newsletter, exclusive Cub Club events, and more! The Cub Club Zone is located on Level 2 above Gate A and across from Section 245. It is the place to be on game day for Cub Club Members and other kids alike. The Cub Club Zone has a face painting booth, Sign of a Lion poster making station, information about Cub Club Memberships, and other great game day activates! Face painting is free for Cub Club members and $2 for non-members. The Cub Club Zone is open until the end of halftime.

DESIGNATED DRIVER PROGRAM

Guests who are 21 years and older can sign up for the Designated Driver Program at the nearest Guest Services location or on the Lions App. Guests pledge not to consume alcoholic beverages and provide responsible transportation for their group members. The stub can be used at any Streats of Detroit concession stand for a free small soft drink or at any Turf Tavern for a non-alcoholic beer. Turf Taverns are located at Sections 105, 128 and 132. Pledge forms can be filled out up until halftime of a Lions home game. All pledge forms must be turned into Gate A Guest Services (behind the escalators) at Section 100 by the end of halftime. One winner will be called by the announcer to win a prize. The winner should visit Gate A Guest Services Desk (behind the escalators) (behind the escalators) at Section 100. The designated driver program can be accessed through the Lions App by opening the app and clicking on the "Gameday" section.

FROM ANN ARBOR, METRO AIRPORT AND WESTERN SUBURBS:

Follow I-94 (Ford Freeway) eastbound to southbound I-75 (Chrysler Freeway) to I-375 and exit at Madison Avenue (exit on the left). Turn right onto St. Antoine at the first light. Proceed one block, Ford Field will be on your left.

FROM LANSING, NOVI, NORTHERN WAYNE AND WESTERN OAKLAND COUNTY SUBURBS:

Take I-96 East to I-75 (Fisher Freeway) North and exit at Grand River Avenue (Exit 50). Proceed on the I-75 Service Drive across Grand River and Woodward Avenues. Continue on the Service Drive and turn right on Brush St. Proceed one block and turn left onto Montcalm, Ford Field will be on the right.

FROM SOUTHFIELD, NORTHWESTERN DETROIT, NORTHERN SUBURBS AND OAKLAND COUNTY:

Follow M-10 (Lodge Freeway) South and exit at Grand River Avenue. Proceed on Grand River to the I-75 Service Drive. Turn left onto the I-75 Service Drive and continue across Woodward Avenue. Continue on the Service Drive and turn right on Brush Street. Proceed one block and turn left onto Montcalm, Ford Field will be on the right.

FROM PONTIAC, TROY AND NORTHERN DETROIT SUBURBS:

Follow southbound I-75 (Chrysler Freeway) to I-375 and exit at Madison Avenue (exit on the left). Turn right onto St. Antoine at the first light. Proceed one block, Ford Field will be on your left.

FROM PORT HURON, GROSSE POINTE AND EASTERN SUBURBS:

Follow I-94 (Ford Freeway) West to I-75 (Chrysler Freeway) South. Follow I-75 South to I-375 and exit at Madison Avenue (exit on the left). Turn right onto St. Antoine at the first light. Proceed one block, Ford Field will be on your left.

FROM CANADA – AMBASSADOR BRIDGE:

Take I-75 (Fisher Freeway) North to exit 50 (Grand River Ave). Proceed on the I-75 service drive across Grand River and Woodward Avenues. Continue on the service drive and turn right on Brush. Proceed one block, Ford Field will be on your left.

FROM CANADA - DETROIT/WINDSOR TUNNEL:

Head straight across Jefferson Avenue onto Randolph. Turn right one block past Jefferson onto Larned. Proceed one block and turn left onto Brush; continue north for 8 blocks and turn right onto Madison Avenue. Travel East 2 blocks and turn left onto St. Antoine. Proceed one block, Ford Field will be on your left.

DTE POWER HOUR

Join us for the DTE Power Hour before every home game! For the first 60 minutes after doors open at select locations (unless otherwise posted), the DTE Power Hour gives fans the opportunity to participate in tailgating games and activities and enjoy food and drink specials.

Season Ticket Members also receive their special discount at The Stadium Collection at Section 100 during the DTE Power Hour. Fans who enter Ford Field during the DTE Power Hour will also have the opportunity to receive the giveaway of the game, while supplies last. The gate giveaway will end when all items have been distributed or the DTE Power Hour ends.

EASTERN MARKET

Tailgating is allowed at the Eastern Market and other areas outside of the Central Business District. Eastern Market parking is available through the Eastern Market Corporation during Detroit Lions Home games. They provide the largest tailgating location closest to Ford Field and accommodate 750 spaces northeast of the stadium. Located on Russell and Riopelle Streets between Gratiot and Mack Avenues, a ten minute walk from Ford Field. ELEVATORS

There are seven areas of passenger elevators located in Ford Field. Proper Tickets and/or Credentials may be required on some elevators to access certain levels of the stadium that may include Club Lounges, Club Seating, Suites, Press areas and other off limit locations. Elevators will be turned off during emergency situations. Elevator locations are as follows:

EMERGENCY PROCEDURES

For the safety of all guests, Ford Field has emergency procedures in place. We ask guests to please follow the directions of staff and PA announcer. In the event of an emergency within or around the facility, make every effort to remain calm and remember the following guidelines.

In the event of an emergency shelter in place:

There are certain emergency situations, including severe weather, where guests may be asked to shelter in place. Shelter in place means that guests should remain in their seats or in areas of the concourse, away from glass, until the emergency situation is resolved or severe weather has passed. Guests seated in the seating bowl should remain in their seats.

If there is severe weather, guests should lower head between their legs and cover head with hands and arms.

Guests in the concourse should take cover in the nearest restroom or remain in the concourse away from glass. Guests in the clubs should proceed to the nearest restroom or remain in the club area away from glass. If there is severe weather, guests staying in their seats should lower head between their legs and cover head with hands and arms. Guests in the suites should remain in their suite or proceed to the nearest restroom away from glass. Guests may also be directed to the nearest emergency stairwell for additional shelter locations throughout the stadium. We ask guests to remain calm and wait for further information.

In the event of an emergency evacuation:

  • Remain calm.
  • Public address and video board announcements will advise guests that the stadium is to be evacuated.
  • Elevators and escalators will NOT operate during evacuation.
  • Guests on the upper concourse and club levels will be asked to walk down the stairs at a normal pace in an orderly fashion and to leave the stadium through the nearest gate, then proceed to the nearest safe area. Guests on the lower concourse may exit through any gate and then proceed to the nearest safe area.

Disabled and physically impaired guests will be escorted to the nearest exits by an event staff member.

ENTRANCES FOR EVENTS

Lions Games

  • Gates will open two hours (unless otherwise noted on www.DetroitLions.com) prior to kick-off for Detroit Lions home games. Opening times for other events will vary. Guests can enter through Gates A, B, C, D, F, G and the Gate G Bridge. All guests will be subject to the inspection procedures which may include a modified pat down, metal detecting hand-wand, walk through metal detectors and bag inspections.
  • Ford Field parking areas will open 4.5 hours prior to kick-off.
  • All media, with proper credentials, are permitted to enter at various times at the Gate G suite entrance at Section 112, Gate C at Section 236, or at the Gate A Executive Entrance at Section 100.
  • Guests will exit Ford Field via Gate A Section 100, Gate B Section 133, Gate C Section 236, Gate D Section 128, Gate E Section 225, Gate F Section 120, Gate G Section 112 and the Gate G Bridge Section 215.
  • Guests will exit Ford Field via stairwells, elevators and escalators. No one will be permitted on the field.
  • Comerica VIP Entrance for Comerica Bank Credit and Debit Card holders is located at the Brush Street roll up door at Section 140 near Gate A.

ESCALATORS

Escalators to the 200 and 300 levels are located at Gate A at Section 100 and Gate G at Section 112. Only Club and Suite ticket holders and guests with Club or Suite passes may utilize the escalators on Level 2 to access the South Club and Suite levels.

FIELD LEVEL SEATS/TUNNEL CLUB

There are 72 Field Level Seats in the west end zone which will provide the most up-close view in the stadium with supreme comfort. A Field Level Seat Ticket is required to sit in these seats and will also have access to the MGM Grand Detroit Tunnel Club. Check-in is located at Gate A near Section 100 on the side of the escalators by The Stadium Collection. Guests will show their mobile ticket at check in to be scanned by a handheld ticket scanner to receive their MGM Grand Detroit Tunnel Club pass.

FIRST AID LOCATIONS

All First Aid locations will open two hours prior to kick-off and remain open a half hour after the game. In the event of minor incidents (i.e. headache, scrapes, etc.), please feel free to walk in to the nearest First Aid location. In case of serious illness or injury please contact the nearest Ford Field representative.

If there is blood or bodily fluids present or there is the potential to come in contact with another person's skin, blood or bodily fluids, take precautions to protect your skin and body passages. Do not attempt to clean up these types of hazardous fluids unless with proper, authorized equipment. The nearest Ford Field representative should be contacted immediately to request housekeeping for proper clean up.

FIRST LIONS GAME CERTIFICATE

Children 14 years of age and under can request a First Lions Game Certificate at Ford Field during Detroit Lions home games. The certificates are free of charge and will be available throughout the game at the Guest Service Desks at Gate C at Section 236, Gate G at Section 112, and South Club West at Level 3 at the Beaubien elevators. Children must be present at the Guest Service Desk to receive a certificate. Most Guest Service Desks will also have First Game Buttons to share with first time children at Ford Field. The First Lions Game Certificates are available during the regular season.

FOOTBALL EDUCATION/YOUTH FOOTBALL

Detroit Lions Football Education provides educational experiences for children, parents, and coaches focusing on character development, player health and safety, coaching knowledge, football and fun! FOOTBALL RETURN POLICY (GAMEDAY SEATING BOWL)

The following guidelines have been established for guest behavior:

The following actions may lead to ticket revocation, ejection and/or arrest:

  • Displaying inconsiderate or otherwise inappropriate behavior towards others.
  • Behavior that is unruly, disruptive or illegal in nature.
  • Using foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.
  • Intoxication or other signs of alcohol or substance impairment that results in irresponsible behavior.
  • Interference with the progress of the game including throwing objects onto the field.
  • Violating the no smoking policy.
  • Attempting to access areas without the proper ticket and/or credential, or misuse of tickets and/or credentials.
  • Wearing obscene or indecent clothing.
  • Damage or destruction to the building or property surrounding Ford Field including the parking areas.
  • Failing to follow the instructions of Ford Field representatives.
  • Failing to provide a ticket to a Ford Field representative upon request.
  • Verbal or physical harassment of opposing team fans.
  • Sale, promotion, exchange or giveaway of unauthorized handouts, items or goods.

HOUSEKEEPING

Ford Field ranks top among all stadiums in providing a clean and safe environment. The Professional Group is the official cleaning services partner of the Detroit Lions. The goal of the Housekeeping department is to ensure the highest degree of satisfaction. If at any time you observe an area of the facility that requires cleaning during a game/event, please contact the nearest Ford Field representative or use our Text Assist service by texting Lions with issue and location to 69050. Please provide the specific location and as much detail as possible so that the staff will be prepared with the correct equipment.

INSPECTION PROCESS

Ford Field reserves the right to inspect all persons and items that enter Ford Field. Everyone entering Ford Field are subject to a visual inspection, bag inspection, pat down and metal detecting hand wands and/or walk-through metal detectors. With the tendering of the ticket and entering the stadium, each guest consents to such inspections and waives any related claims against the NFL, its Member Clubs, its affiliates, or its agents. Electing not to consent to these inspections yields denied entry into the stadium. Depending on varying circumstances, additional security measures may be implemented to ensure the safety of all guests and personnel within the facility. Guests needing assistance during the Inspection Process should request to speak with a Supervisor.

ITEMS NOT PERMITTED IN THE STADIUM

The items not permitted into Ford Field, stadium plaza areas, stadium gates, or when approaching queue lines of guests waiting entry into the stadium are in accordance with the NFL Best Practices and are strictly enforced during Detroit Lions home football games.

Prior to gate entry, guests should return prohibited items to their vehicles. Ford Field is not responsible for any items left at the gates or in the trash receptacles. Under no circumstances will the items be checked at the gates. Bag check trucks are located outside the stadium at Gates A and F for $10 for Lions games only. Prohibited items may also be confiscated by staff.

Guests are strongly encouraged to not bring any type of large bags. Guests should come prepared to show keys, cell phones or other large metal items in their hands during the screening process. Please follow all signage and direction from security personnel. Early entry is encouraged.

As a reminder, smoking is prohibited inside of the stadium. This includes the use of electronic cigarettes and vaporizers. Ford Field reserves the right to expand or modify the prohibited items at any time.

The following items may be permitted after inspection:

NFL GAMES:

  • NFL Policy: Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12"
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
  • Small clutch bags, camera & binocular cases, not exceeding 4.5" x 6.5", with or without a handle or strap, can be taken into the stadium with one of the clear plastic bag options. For more information, visit www.nfl.com/allclear
  • Medically necessary items including insulin, medication, portable oxygen, small soft pack coolers and breast pumps
  • Infant items in a clear bag (bottles, formula) are allowed with a child. Diaper bags are not allowed per the NFL bag policy

  • Umbrellas, small compact only. Must be placed securely under the seat.
  • Handheld posters & signs without poles or sticks. Must not block another guest's view.
  • Battery operated clothing or signs if approved after thorough inspection
  • Football helmets. Altered helmets equipped with spikes or any other item they can be used as a weapon are not permitted
  • Tablets (iPads, Kindles, etc.) Inappropriate subject matter should not be displayed & must not block another guest's view

*No weapons are allowed in the stadium. Possession of a firearm or any other weapon is strictly forbidden. Possession of such a weapon will result in immediate confiscation, ejection and possible arrest.

Per the NFL, only sworn on duty law enforcement officers acting in their official capacity working at Ford Field are able to carry a weapon.

KIDS POST-GAME TOUCHDOWN (TD) RUN

After most Detroit Lions home games this season, kids ages 5 to 14 can score a touchdown on the field and receive a complimentary mini football (while supplies last). To participate, line up at the lower concourse Level 1 behind Section 121/122 immediately following the game. LAW ENFORCEMENT COALTION

The Ford Field Law Enforcement Coalition comprised of Detroit Police, Michigan State Police, Wayne State University Police, Federal Reserve Police, and Wayne County Sheriffs are on hand during Lions home games and other events to assist with all safety and security concerns. They may arrest or eject for violations of the Guest Code of Conduct, disorderly conduct or violations of local ordinances. Per Ford Field and the NFL, only sworn on duty law enforcement officers acting in their official capacity working as an agent of Ford Field can carry their service weapon(s) inside of the stadium.

LIMOUSINES

Limousine drop-off and pick-up is located on Montcalm between Witherell and Brush. After dropping off guests, limousines are required to park in an alternative location. Staging for pick-ups on Montcalm will begin at the start of the fourth quarter.

LIONS APP

Download the official mobile app of the Detroit Lions presented by Ford. Available for iPhone, iPad, and Android as a unique part of the experience for Lions fans. Fans will utilize the Lions App to display their digital ticket for stadium entry. Open the Lions App and click on "My Account" in the bottom left navigation. This will allow fans to sign in with their Ticketmaster and Lions account information. Once logged in, fans can display, transfer and sell their tickets directly within the Lions App.

Fans can use the Lions App for wayfinding in the stadium and find all the great food items, drinks, Guest Service locations, and more! Other features include real-time breaking news, previews of upcoming matchups, schedules, on-demand video clips, game-time action photos, stats, standings, live radio broadcasts, depth charts, augmented reality experiences, real-time traffic information, live in-stadium camera angles, live press conferences, closed captioning and much more. Lions Perks is available digitally in the Detroit Lions Mobile App. For a guest to view their Lions Perks, simply follow the steps below:

Many Season Ticket Members also earn Lions Loot (formerly known as Ford Field Funds or Levy Bucks) that can be spent in-stadium on food & beverage or merchandise. Lions Loot is accessible by scanning the Lions Perks card at participating concession and merchandise locations. Season Ticket Members receive a BLUE Lions Perks digital Card. All other fans receive a WHITE Lions Perks digital Card. The Lions Perk Card is not a game day ticket and does not grant access into Ford Field.

Premium seating concept experience with comfortable big theater-style seats at Sections 210, 213 & 214 in the South Club on the east end zone near Gate G. Access Loge Boxes via the South Club on Level 3. LOST AND FOUND

During large events, all found property should be turned in to the nearest Guest Service location. For guests looking to claim or inquire about a lost item, please visit the nearest Guest Service location or Gate A Guest Services Desk (behind the escalators) at Section 100, until 1 hour after the game or event. Guests may complete a form indicating the description of the lost item, the last known location, and the guest's contact information. Everything possible will be done to locate the legal owners, and return the property to them.

If you lost an item while at Ford Field please call the Lost & Found hotline at 313-262-2999. Please be prepared to give a full description of the item, the game/event you attended and the possible location where it was lost.

Ford Field is not responsible for lost, abandoned or unclaimed property. Any unclaimed found property will be turned into the Security Command Center after the event. Property coming into the possession of Ford Field will be carefully handled and stored until property is disposed of. Everything possible will be done to locate the legal owners and return the property to them. If the owner(s) cannot be located, the unclaimed property will be disposed of according to State Law Act #238.

LOST OR INACCESSIBLE TICKETS

LOST PARENTS/CHILD REGISTRATION PROGRAM

In an attempt to decrease the number of children who are misplaced during an event, we encourage parents to sign their child up for the Child Registration program. After registering at any Guest Service location, children will receive a wristband with his/her section, seat and parent's cell number in the inside of the band that will assist in helping children find their lost parents. Should a child become lost, they may approach any Ford Field representative who will escort the child to his/her seating location or to Guest Services for additional help.

Ford Field will facilitate the search of lost persons (children, persons needing assistance) inside of Ford Field for all large stadium events. Everything reasonable will be done to locate the missing person and return them to their party.

Please report lost persons to the nearest Ford Field representative or Guest Service location. If possible, guests are asked to report to the Gate A Guest Services Desk (behind the escalators) at Section 100 which will serve as the primary location for all missing parties.

Please provide as much information about the missing person as possible. This information may include but is not limited to: name, age, cell phone number, height, weight, gender, ethnicity, hair/eye color, what the person was wearing, ticket location and where he or she was last seen. Also, if possible, please provide a recent photo of the missing person to Ford Field staff.

Guests may use the Guest Services telephone at Gate A Guest Services Desk (behind the escalators) at Section 100 first to make any phone calls that will lead to finding or locating their party. If an adult guest is lost from their party, we also suggest calling a taxi or cab service for transportation.

MAINTENANCE

The Ford Field Maintenance department will facilitate the inspection and repair of stadium equipment, including seating bowl and restroom areas. Our goal is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all guests. With over 65,000 seats, it is important for your safety and comfort that guests assist in reporting maintenance concerns to a Team Member or Guest Services on gameday. Guests may also use our Text Assist service by texting Lions with issue and location to 69050. Please provide the specific location and as much detail as possible so that the staff will be prepared with the correct equipment. Guests may also email us at guest.services@lions.nfl.net.

Lottery tickets for Powerball, Mega Millions, Club Keno, Fantasy 5, Lotto 47 and Daily Games are sold in the Blitz. Instant Ticket (Scratch off) machines are located at Gate G at Section 112 and at Blitz on Level 2 above the Gate A Atrium Section 100. Winning tickets can be redeemed at the Blitz up to $100 (up to $500 at manager's discretion). If money is owed, the amount will appear on the window screen; if there is a $0 balance, no money is owed. The Stadium Collection does not sell lottery tickets.

MILLER LITE TAPROOM

This space is located on Level 5 of the North Side (west end). Guests with Miller Lite Taproom tickets, Comerica Gridiron Suite Tickets, and Plante Moran Terrace Suite Tickets can access this space via the Gate D elevators at Section 127. This area has no designated seating area. All seating is first come first serve. Offers a wide range of social spaces and comfortable lounge seating as well as a full-service bar and stadium fare for purchase. Guests with a Miller Lite Taproom ticket will have their ticket scanned by a representative upon entry to the area to receive a wristband for future access identification for the event.

NURSING/MOTHER'S ROOM

Ford Field has three Mother's Nursing/Breastfeeding Rooms. One Nursing Room is located on Level 4 of the Bodman Suites, across from the Beacon/ Beaubien elevators. Mothers without Club or Suite tickets should first visit Gate A Guest Services (behind the escalators) at Section 100 to receive a pass that allows entrance to the Bodman Suites. The room is equipped with comfortable chairs, a baby changing table and a flat screen television. The second Nursing Room is lo­cated at Gate B by Section 133. This Nursing Room is across from the Gate B Guest Service desk. For entry or assistance on game or event day, guests will check in at Gate B Guest Services. The third Nursing Room is located across from Gate E at Section 225. For entry or assistance on game or event day, guests will check in at Gate E Guest Services.

Ford Field, in partnership with local parking operators, manages 5,000 parking spaces surrounding Ford Field. There are also numerous privately operated parking facilities (30,000 spaces) within a 20 minute walk to Ford Field. General Parking

Parking facilities adjacent to Ford Field and Comerica Park are available during games and events on a first come, first serve basis. The Ford Field Parking Deck and Lots 4, 5 & 6 are managed by ABM Parking Services. 61 E. Elizabeth, "D" Garage and the Lions/Tigers Garage are the closest lots managed by Olympia Development. There are numerous parking lots surrounding Ford Field that operate public parking.

We have compiled a listing of preferred lot owners and contact numbers which may be found on the Ford Field Parking Map at www.fordfield.com. Access to Ford Field parking facilities is generally 4.5 hours prior to kick-off. Other parking facility times may vary. Vehicles will be directed into spaces and reserving spaces is not allowed. Grilling and re-entry access is prohibited in parking facilities adjacent to Ford Field unless posted otherwise.

Accessible/Disabled Parking

All Ford Field Parking Facilities are ADA compliant. The reserved spaces are for use by guests that have the appropriate disabled permit and a state-issued license plate or placard. An additional disabled parking area will be available for game days only, in Lot 4 (located just north of Ford Field, east of Brush and south of Montcalm) and the Ford Field Parking Deck (on St. Antoine off Madison). PEOPLE MOVER

Detroit People Mover Owned and operated by the Detroit Transportation Corporation, the Detroit People Mover can place fans very close to Ford Field. With 13 stops throughout downtown Detroit, Ford Field guests can find a station conveniently located near almost any parking facility.

Weekend hours are 9 am-2 am on Saturday and noon-midnight on Sundays. Times are extended during games and large events.

Pride Plaza does not require a game ticket and is located on Brush Street adjacent to Ford Field. Ticket Holders are not allowed to leave the stadium and reenter.

Q-LINE

Owned and operated by M-1 Rail, the Q-Line can place fans very close to Ford Field. With a 6.6-mile circulating streetcar loop serving 12 stops on Woodward Ave.

From Downtown Detroit through Midtown, New Center and the North End, Ford Field guests can find a station conveniently located near almost any parking facility along Woodward Ave. The Q-Line opened to the public on May 12, 2017.

WJR AM 760 is the flagship radio station for Detroit Lions football. All Lions Radio Network programming, including live game broadcasts, pre and post-game shows, the regular season weekly show and additional offseason programming will air exclusively on News/Talk 760 WJR.

Post-game radio show: After most Lions home games, all guests can attend the post-game radio show at the Crown Royal Corner Bar and Grill, located on the Level 2 concourse at Section 222.

Live Sports Radios: A specially designed and patented radio receiver earpiece that guests can listen to the WJR broadcast during Detroit Lions home games with no delay. Radios are available for purchase at the Stadium Collection retail store and various locations on the concourse.

Broadcast Team: Dan Miller, is the Lions Radio Network's play-by-play announcer who is joined by former Detroit Lions player Lomas Brown.

RECYCLING

Guests are encouraged to recycle all plastic pop bottles, water bottles and beer bottles in the recycling containers located throughout the concourses.

RE-ENTRY POLICY

Re-entry is not permitted during Detroit Lions games and large events. There is a limited re-entry policy for guests with medical conditions. In order to verify the legitimacy of a guest needing to exit the facility, direct the guest to the nearest Guest Services location. A Guest Services representative will escort the guest to one of the First Aid locations.

If the medical staff deems re-entry necessary, the guest will receive a re-entry stamp. The guest must re-enter at the same gate for inspection and show the re-entry stamp to the Gate Manager. Guests who may have lost a valuable item (i.e. car keys, cell phone, wallet, or purse) may also re-enter with an escort from a gate Supervisor or a member of security.

RESTROOMS

Ford Field has 105 restrooms most of which are ADA Accessible. This includes 13 family restrooms which are for parents/guardians with children and disabled guests only.

RIDESHARE

Guests must first download a rideshare app through their smart phone's App store and request a rideshare pick up prior to arriving at the pickup point. The rideshare pick up and drop-off point is located along the southbound W Fisher Service Drive and Witherell, near St. John's Episcopal Church.

ROARY/MASCOT

Roary is the Detroit Lions mascot and is available for both public and private appearances. Roary may also visit a guests' seats on a Lions home game day as long as the appearance is coordinated at least 2 weeks prior to game day. Roary may also be found pre-game at the Cub Club Zone across from Section 245. Roary is available for special events in the State of Michigan. SCALPING ORDINANCE

SHUTTLES STAGING AREA

The shuttle van and minibus staging area is located on Adams Street, between Witherell and John R. Guests should exit Gate A at Section 100. Shuttles may drop off and pick up their guests in this area. This is strictly a staging area, not a parking area. Drop-offs can begin two hours before game time.

Staging for pickups will begin at the start of the fourth quarter. Please contact area venues for their shuttle service availability. Please see Windsor Tunnel Shuttle Bus for information regarding the Tunnel Bus.

SIGNS/POSTERS

Guests are welcome to display signs in the stadium during events, provided they are not in poor taste, political, offensive, profane or any advertisement. The poster should not impede another guest's view of the playing field, cause a disturbance among other fans, or cover any stadium signage. Ford Field reserves the right to confiscate any sign or poster. Handheld posters & signs without poles or sticks may permitted after inspection. Battery operated signs may also be permitted after thorough inspection. Signs must not block another guest's view.

SITTING/STANDING POLICY

While standing and cheering is permitted, please keep in mind that continued standing can interfere with others' ability to enjoy the game from their seats. To be courteous to all guests, we ask fans to stand and cheer when appropriate with the flow of the game (majority rules). Please see Guest Code of Conduct for more information.

SMOKING POLICY

For the comfort and health of all fans, Ford Field is a smoke-free facility as required by the Michigan State Law. Smoking is not allowed inside the stadium including all seating areas, restrooms, club lounges, bars and suites. This includes, but is not limited to, electronic cigarettes, vaporizers and tobacco. During Detroit Lions home games & most large events, smoking is only allowed in the following outdoor locations:

30 Minutes after kickoff:

For questions about suite availability call 313-262-2121. Suite guests are allowed to stay one hour after a Lions game or events.

Prior to an event, suite food orders should be directed to Levy at 313-262-2175. To place a food or beverage order on event days, suite guests may order from our "Day of Event" menu by using the in-suite tablet or by dialing Line 1 from the in suite phone. Unless posted otherwise, traditional tailgating is prohibited in parking facilities adjacent to Ford Field.

The parking rules include:

  • No trailers or oversized vehicles

  • No unruly conduct

Tailgating in Lot 5

An exclusive tailgate location for Season Ticket Members only. The pre-purchased parking pass offers guaranteed access into Lot 5 located on the corner of Brush and Montcalm. If you have a problem or wish to discreetly report an unruly fan to Ford Field Stadium Operations you can use your mobile phone to text "LIONS" with issue and location to 69050. Stadium Operations personnel will respond to your request via text message.

Please note: The Text Assist service is operational on Ford Field game and large event days only. There is no charge to use the service. It is a Standard Rate Message service which means the guest is only charged by their wireless provider in accordance with their current text messaging contract. Ford Field will not sell, share, rent or otherwise disclose any mobile numbers unless required to do so by law. Service is available on most major wireless carriers. Guests can report to any Guest Services locations for additional assistance.

THE 5TH QUARTER (POST-GAME ACTIVITY)

Wait out the traffic and stay for a while after the game for the 5th Quarter, an opportunity for all fans to participate in post-game activities at Ford Field.

Post-Game Radio Show and specials at the Crown Royal Bar & Grille – All the action is happening at the Crown Royal Corner Bar & Grille with the live broadcast of our Post-Game Radio Show, featuring game analysis and appearances by Lions players after most Detroit Lions home games. Premium Clubs & Suites - For our premium guests in the Comerica Gridiron Club (Level 2 only), South Club, Club 200, Plante Moran Terrace Suites, Comerica Gridiron Suites, and the Bodman Suites, these areas will stay open up to one hour post-game. House-made pizza by the slice will be available for $2 per slice at the South Club Bar at Section 207 and grab-and-go options will be available in the Comerica Gridiron Club. Suite guests may remain in their suite until one hour after the completion of the game.

Miller Lite Taproom – The Miller Lite Taproom may stay open up to one hour postgame. Alcohol will stop being served at the end of the 3rd quarter and will resume after the game.

Kids Post-Game Touchdown Run presented by Kroger & United Dairy Industry of Michigan – After most Detroit Lions home games this season, kids ages 5 to 14 can score a touchdown on the field and receive a complimentary mini football (while supplies last). To participate, line up at the lower concourse Level 1 behind Section 121/122 immediately following the game. THE ROOFTOP (RFTP)

The Rooftop is accessible via the Beaubien elevators or stairs at Section 104 only to Level 7. Guests will check-in and receive their Rooftop wristband on Level 7. The Rooftop is an In-Game Group location on the South Side of the stadium on Level 7 that is open 2 hours before kick-off and 1-hour post-game for Rooftop Guests. This group location includes all-inclusive food and beverage with 2 adult beverage vouchers. Tickets for day of game/event:

  • The Ticket Office ticket sales windows are located outside of Gate A at Section 100 on the southwest side of the stadium on Brush St. (unless otherwise designated). Guests may purchase tickets for the game or event happening on that day and/or pick up Will Call tickets at any of the available windows.
  • The Ticket Office/Gate A windows will open three hours prior to kick off/event start time. Times are subject to change. Contact the Ticket Office at 313-262-2008 to verify.
  • For questions about tickets purchased from any source other than Ford Field, detroitlions.com/tickets, ticketmaster.com, NFL Ticket Exchange, or any other authorized member of the Official NFL Licensed Ticket Network, guests should contact the source from which the tickets were purchased.

Tickets for upcoming game/events:

  • The Advance Ticket Windows are located inside of Ford Field at the Gate A Atrium located on the side of the escalators by Section 100 and Gate G located next to the escalators by Section 112. Tickets for upcoming events may be purchased (based on availability). The Advance Ticket Windows are open at gate opening and will remain open until the end of the game for all Detroit Lions football games. Schedule may be subject to change for Ford Field special events dependent on special event requirements.

During regular business hours:

  • The Ticket Office is located outside at Gate G at Section 112 on St. Antoine St.
  • Ticket customers may park in the 20-minute lot if available on the corner of St. Antoine St. & Beacon St. or in the Ford Field Parking Deck.
  • Office hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (subject to change on holidays and event days).

Ticketmaster

Ticketmaster is the primary ticketing provider for the Detroit Lions and Ford Field. Tickets may be purchased at detroitlions.com/tickets or at ticketmaster.com. Tickets may also be purchased in person at the Ford Field Ticket Office, located at Gate G on St. Antoine St., Monday - Friday from 10:00am until 6:00pm.

Mobile Ticket Entry & Digital Ticket Management

In accordance with the National Football League's digital ticketing policies, all NFL teams are required to deliver tickets digitally. All Detroit Lions tickets and parking passes will be delivered digitally into guests personal My Lions Account powered by Ticketmaster's convenient digital ticketing platform. Screenshots/PDF's will not work at the gate. To ensure guests are able to enter the venue they must present their tickets using the method described below. A mobile/digital ticket is the safest, most convenient and flexible way to receive and manage tickets while increasing protection against fraud. It's our goal to make a guests Detroit Lions experience the very best. Digital tickets provide:

Duplicate/Counterfeit Tickets

If duplicate or counterfeit tickets exist, please notify an usher or Supervisor who will take both sets of ticket holders to the closest Ticket Office to the incident for a resolution.

Infants/Children

Children two (2) years of age and under will be permitted to enter Ford Field for Detroit Lions home games without a ticket. They must be seated on a parent or guardian's lap and must not interfere with the sightlines and/ or enjoyment of other fans. Strollers and car seat carriers are not permitted. Per the NFL bag Policy, diaper bags are not allowed. Parents can carry items in a clear bag. Please see Items Not Permitted for more information. All patrons three years old and older must have a ticket to gain entrance into Ford Field for Detroit Lions games. Ford Field reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Lost or otherwise inaccessible Tickets

Guest with tickets which are lost, destroyed, or otherwise inaccessible may report to the outside Gate A or Gate G ticket windows. On game or event day, the Ticket Office will begin offering assistance three hours prior to the start of the event unless otherwise designated. The Ticket Office will attempt to resolve the ticket issues. This policy also applies to tickets that are presented at the Ford Field entrance gates bearing the wrong date. If possible, guests should contact the Ticket Office at 313-262-2008 prior to the event date for resolution. Please note that the ticket owner of record must be present and be able to provide Photo ID to verify ownership of the ticket(s) in question.

Revocable License

A ticket is a revocable license. It may be revoked and admission refused at the sole discretion of Ford Field and the Detroit Lions.

Ford Field and the Detroit Lions reserve the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly or fails to comply with the terms and conditions contained therein including the Guest Code of Conduct.

Risk

Guests are at their own risk with respect to the dangers incidental to football games and other events whether occurring prior to, during, or after the actual game or event. Ford Field and the Detroit Lions are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property or personal injury.

Scalping Ordinance

The resale of tickets is not permitted on Ford Field grounds. Ford Field abides by the City of Detroit Municipal Codes:

Sec. 5-1-2. - Sales at price greater than printed on ticket prohibited. Unless authorized by state law or by this Code, no person shall sell, or offer for sale, any ticket of admission to any athletic event, concert, public entertainment, show, or theater at a price greater than the price that is printed on the ticket.(Ord. No. 11-04, § 1, 3-24-04)

Sec. 5-1-3. - Sale of tickets for admission to athletic events, concerts, public entertainments, or shows prohibited on private property without permission, and on public places within five hundred (500) feet of the structure where the ticket is to be used.

(a) No person shall stand, or remain, on private property without written permission from the owner, or his or her designee, for the purpose of selling, or offering for sale, any ticket of admission to an athletic event, a concert, a public entertainment, a show, or a theater.

(b) No person shall sell, or offer for sale, any ticket of admission to an athletic event, a concert, a public entertainment, a show, or a theater on any public street, alley, sidewalk or other public place that is within five hundred (500) feet of the structure which houses the athletic facility, the concert hall, the public entertainment facility, or the theater where the ticket will be used. (Ord. No. 11-04, § 1, 3-24-04)

Will Call Tickets

The Ford Field Ticket Office Will Call windows are located outside on Brush St. at Gate A.

During Lions home games and most Ford Field events and concerts, Will Call tickets may be picked up & dropped off at any Gate A ticket window, starting three hours before the start of the game or event. Tickets will not be released if the name and/or photo on the ID or credit card does not match.

Guests should Manage/Transfer their tickets on the Detroit Lions Mobile App or mylionsaccount.com. In the rare case that this is not possible guests may utilize Will Call. In order to pick up Will Call tickets, guests are required to present:

  • A valid state or government issued photo ID, driver's license or passport. A valid ID must be duly issued by a government agency and include a photo and a signature.
  • The credit card used to purchase the tickets.
  • The order or confirmation number.

In order to drop off tickets for Will Call, guests must provide accurate information and comply with the following terms:

  • The ticket envelope must be filled out legibility with the correct name and exact spelling as it appears on the photo ID of the person picking up the tickets. Also write the number of ticket(s) that are being left, your name and your cell phone number (individual leaving the tickets).
  • Guests can only drop off a maximum of two (2) envelopes.

Ford Field reserves the right to refuse or modify this policy at any time and is not responsible for invalid tickets that do not scan into the stadium. Will Call will not be accepted if the original account holder or purchaser cannot be validated. Early arrival at least one hour prior to the start of the game or event is encouraged to avoid long lines. Zero Tolerance

The Detroit Lions and Ford Field may revoke the season tickets of those individuals whose conduct is determined inappropriate and in violation of the Guest Code of Conduct. Please be aware that the account holder is responsible for ensuring that persons occupying any seats licensed to the account act and conduct themselves according to the Guest Code of Conduct. Should a guest using the season tickets behave in unacceptable ways, the season tickets may be revoked without refund, even if the Season Ticket Holder is not directly involved. Report any unruly and unacceptable conduct to Ford Field security.

TICKET SALES BOOTH GAMEDAY

The Ticketing & Premium Seating Headquarters is located at Section 111. Sales Account Executives are available to assist Season Ticket Members with questions regarding their account. Non Season Ticket Members & Groups leaders can also receive information about memberships and benefits. The Ticket Sales Booth is staffed from gate opening until the end of half-time. Please note Game Day Giveaway items are not distributed at this booth.

TICKET SEAT UPGRADES

Looking to upgrade your seats at a Detroit Lions home game? Simply download the Detroit Lions Mobile App on your smart phone's App Store and navigate to More on the bottom of the app and then Seat Upgrades to sign up for access to Ticket Upgrades. After signing up, guests can shop for, select and buy Ticket Upgrades. Upgrades are subject to price and availability. Ticket Upgrades, if available, are only offered through the Detroit Lions Mobile app.

TOURS

We invite our guests to visit Ford Field for a behind-the-scenes tour. Get a peek at a Ford Field suite, the Lions locker room and walk down the tunnel to the field and stand on the turf for a player's view of the stadium.

Ford Field Tours are offered to the public at 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays from September – December. From January – July tours are offered twice a week on Mondays and Fridays. Each tour will start from Gate G on St. Antoine Street, and will last approximately one hour. Tour prices are $10 for adults and $7 for children and senior citizens. Children 5 years old and under are free. Ford Field tenants may receive an additional discount. Groups of 25 or more can schedule a private tour by calling 313-262-2396. Tours will not be conducted on weekends, large event days and major holidays. Tours and rates are subject to change/ cancellation and routes may vary according to availability. Wedding photo opportunities may be available.

WHEELCHAIRS

WIFI

WiFi is available to all guests with mobile smartphone devices regardless of cell service provider. Guests entering the perimeter of the stadium can connect to stadium WiFi by selecting 'Ford Field WiFi.'

Many existing Verizon customers will automatically be authenticated to VerizonWifiAccess depending on their mobile device and operating system. To access the network, users will be required to disable personal mobile hotspots on their device while connected.

WILL CALL TICKETS

WINDSOR TUNNEL SHUTTLE BUS

The Tunnel Bus, operated by Transit Windsor, offers transportation between downtown Windsor and Detroit for Lions regular season home games & most pre-season games and large events. The pick-up location after the game is at the Gratiot and Antietam bus stop, just East of Ford Field near I-375.

The Opera House is no longer a pick up location. Direct guests to exit Gate G at Section 112 and turn right. Head east on Gratiot. Buses will pick up at this location up to 60 minutes post-game (overtime included) or event. A second pick up area is located at the Tunnel Plaza, just south of Mariner's Church, 170 E Jefferson Ave, near the Renaissance Center. This location has shuttle service every half hour, ending at midnight. Due to traffic congestion in downtown Detroit, Transit Windsor may shorten the route in Detroit. To avoid lengthy delays, customers should walk over to the tunnel plaza (south of Mariner's Church), to board a bus.

A round trip ticket on the Tunnel Bus is $10. Guests do not need a roundtrip ticket to board a tunnel bus in Detroit to go back to Canada. For guests looking to make a one way return trip to Canada, they may pay $5 in cash at one of the bus pick up locations.
