COLLEGE: Zac Robinson became the starter after the second game of the 2007 season, and went on to lead his team to an appearance in the 2007 Insight Bowl. Robinson ran and passed equally well, setting a school record for total offense (3,671 yards).

2008: Once again proved to be one of America's top dual-threat quarterbacks with 3,064 passing yards and 562 rushing yards. One of just four players to run for 500 yards and pass for 3,000. Had seven games with at least two touchdown passes.
- His 95-yard TD pass to Jeremy Broadway against the Cyclones (11/1) was the longest pass play in OSU history.
- Had a 74-yard TD pass to Dez Bryant vs. Houston (9/6) and a 66-yarder to Bo Bowling against Missouri State (9/13).

2007: Had six of the top 18 total offense performances in OSU history during the 2007 season. His 991 rushing yards were the second most by an OSU quarterback. Finished the season with OSU's best passing game in school history (486 yards vs. Texas), the fourth best game in school history (372 yards vs. Indiana), and the sixth best game in school history (366 yards vs. Kansas). Rushed for 100 yards three times, making him the first OSU quarterback in 34 years to accomplish the feat.
- Led the Cowboys to fourth-quarter come-from-behind wins over Texas Tech (9/22) and Kansas State (10/20).
- Completed 30-of-42 of his pass attempts with two touchdowns in the school-record 430-yard passing effort against the Longhorns (11/3).
- Saw action in the Georgia game as a quarterback, a running back and as a receiver, completing a five-yard pass to fellow quarterback Bobby Reid and carrying the ball once for seven yards to set up a Dantrell Savage touchdown on the ensuing play.
- Stepped in for an injured Bobby Reid in the second quarter against Florida Atlantic (9/8) and led the Cowboys to a 42-6 rout of the Owls by completing 14-of-20 passes for 250 yards and three touchdowns, including a 77-yard connection with Adarius Bowman in the third quarter.
- Logged his first career start the following week at Troy (9/14), where he completed 18-of-37 passes for 191 yards and connected with tight end Brandon Pettigrew for a four-yard touchdown pass.

2006: Passed for 345 yards (25-of-51) and three touchdowns while rushing for 144 yards as a freshman.
PERSONAL: Born Sept. 29, 1986, in Edmond, Oklahoma. Generally regarded as one of the top athletes in the state of Colorado. A highly-coveted prospect who also starred as a receiver. Caught 39 passes for 850 yards and 11 touchdowns as a senior. Rivals.com rated Robinson a three-star prospect and the 10th-ranked dual-threat quarterback target in the country. Was also rated the ninth-best overall prospect in Colorado, regardless of position. Senior season quarterback numbers included 1,475 passing yards and 15 touchdowns with just six INTs. Also had 1,078 rushing yards and eight rushing touchdowns.
