COLLEGE

Played three seasons at Eastern Michigan University. Appeared in 49 career games (36 starts) and recorded 166 total tackles (69 solo), 20 sacks, seven forced fumbles and seven pass defenses.

2016: Started in all 13 games and logged 42 total tackles, 8.5 sacks, five forced fumbles and three pass defenses.

• Earned All-MAC First Team honors.
• Set the EMU sack record since 1998 by getting to the quarterback 20 times in his career.
• Finished the season with the fifth-most sacks (8.5) in the MAC.

2015: Awarded a medical redshirt after sitting out the season due to injury.

2014: Elected the team’s defensive captain and started in all 12 games on the Eagles defensive line. Recorded 64 total tackles (27 solo), 14 tackles for loss, 7.5 sacks, two forced fumbles and two pass defenses.

• Named First Team Defense All-MAC honors.

PERSONAL

Son of James O’Connor and Donna Craig.

• Attended St. Rita High School in Chicago, Illinois with Lions WR Kenny Golladay.
• Finished his senior season with 86 tackles, seven sacks and one interception.
• Helped the Mustangs to a Catholic League Championship in 2012.
• Named 2011 Chicago Tribune All-State Honorable Mention.
• Earned First Team All-Catholic League Blue Honors.
