COLLEGE
Originally a defensive end, Wright made the switch to defensive tackle to close out the 2012 season and concluded his college career in 2014 as one of the leaders of the Auburn defense. Finished his collegiate career with 27 starts in 52 games and 86 total tackles (44 solo), 20.5 tackles for loss (79 yards), six sacks (42 yards), one forced fumble and two fumble recoveries.

2014: Earned Honorable Mention All-SEC honors from the Associated Press as a senior and ended the season with 24 total tackles (10 solo), 4.5 tackles for loss and one sack. Was named a game captain for all 13 games of the 2014 season.

  • Named to the Outland Trophy and Bronko Nagurski Trophy watch list to start the season.
  • Picked up a sack and two tackles for loss against San Jose State.
