Harris, 34, spent eight seasons with the Lions from 2003-10 and has a career punting average of 42.5 yards.
He suffered the injury prior to his first punt attempt of the game, a punt that was affected by the injury and resulted in a Titans 65-yard touchdown return.
Graham, 38, had six punts on the season for an average of 41.3 yards.
Harris punted in 11 games for the Jaguars last season, with a 42.7 average.
