The Lions were back on the practice field today getting ready for Sunday's matchup with the New York Giants and did so with cornerback Chris Houston.
Houston was on the field and practiced in limited fashion after missing Monday night's game with a toe injury. Houston has missed two of his last three games (also missed Green Bay) due to toe and foot injuries.
Second-year cornerback Jonte Green started in place of Houston Monday night and held his own.
The Lions were without tight end
Also sitting out practice were: receiver
Slay, who underwent arthroscopic knee surgery a couple weeks ago, was running off to the side of practice with trainers.
Martin still punted on Monday night, but did not kickoff.
