Bush was back on the practice field for the first time on Friday, but was listed on the injury report as limited. The team will wait and see how the knee responds to the workload before making a final determination about his availability for Sunday.
Bush took a helmet to his left knee in Sunday’s loss to Arizona. He had a sleeve on the knee at practice Friday, but was running routes and catching passes and it didn’t look like it was bothering him too much.
Why is Bush so valuable to Lions offense? Four of his seven catches and 131 of his 145 receiving yards have come on third down and he’s tied for 10th in the NFL with 10 first downs.
"All of our injured guys are improving," head coach Jim Schwartz said after practice Friday. "It’s encouraging that they are all improving. We will get to Sunday and try to make a good decision based off of what they can accomplish on Sunday and whether they can do their job."
