Rookie CB Darius Slay talks about his performance against Chicago, young cornerbacks stepping up and the Packers' high-powered offense

"Last weekend, I could have finished stronger on that touchdown pass. I was in good position, I should have just finished stronger, but overall I think I played a good game. I didn't miss any tackles. I made a big play on third down, got all over the field.

"I mean, other than that one touchdown play, I think I played a very solid game. At the time, I felt like I was in great position, but in the end, he's paid just like I'm paid to make plays like that, and right then, he was the one who made the play.

"With Chris and Rashean going out, I thought we did real good as a young group. We all stepped up and made plays. Jonte came in there got a PD himself, so we came in, stepped in there and finished out the game, brought us a win.

"We really didn't look at it as a big deal when they went out because what they know, we know, they've taught us a lot, so we went out there just like veterans and finished the game out.

"Green Bay, they're a very quick offense. Aaron gets the ball out fast, he's checking everything, so you have to hide your coverage good. He's one of the top five quarterbacks to play the game, you have to prepare for him.

"They also have a great receiving unit. They're good after contact. They catch the ball for a quick gain, they run up the yards, you have to make sure when they catch it that you get them down.

"It would be pretty big to win at Lambeau. I don't know all about the history because I'm a rookie, but I've heard it's pretty big deal. I know that we made history the week before with the Redskins and we plan on doing that again on Sunday."
