In recognition of the team’s Living for the City neighborhood retail initiative with Hatch Detroit, Lions DE Cliff Avril and G Rob Sims along with alumni Charlie Sanders and Mel Farr joined Simply Casual owner and proprietor Rufus Bartell for a walking tour of the Avenue of Fashion. This area along Livernois, between Fenkell and 8 Mile, has been designated as the first of six neighborhoods that will benefit from revitalization efforts focusing on elements of retail success.
