Detroit, MI – Ford Field announced today that the Taylor Swift concert - scheduled for Saturday, May 4, 2013 - is sold out.  Tickets to see the 6-time Grammy winning artist went on sale to the general public this morning and were gone in 10 minutes.
 
Ford Field is one of just nine stadium venues on Swift’s 2013 Red Tour, joining Cowboys Stadium (Dallas), Rogers Centre (Toronto), Investors’ Group Field (Winnipeg), BC Place Stadium (Vancouver), Heinz Field (Pittsburgh), Lincoln Financial Field (Philadelphia), Gillette Stadium (Foxborough, MA) and Soldier Field (Chicago).
 
A second major concert event at Ford Field is scheduled for later next summer – as Kenny Chesney brings Eric Church, Eli Young Band, Kacey Musgraves and his ‘No Shoes Nation’ Tour to Detroit on Saturday, August 17, 2013.
