On Sunday, September 19, 2010 EmpowerMind along with partner and supporting company, Fathead will be attending the Lions home opener against the Philadelphia Eagles in hopes of getting fan support by having fans come vote on the computers that will be setup in the stadium.
We ask all fans to please help and support EmpowerMind & Kevin by visiting our section 136 and voting at the game and each day after in the month of September. EmpowerMind is the brainchild of Detroiter, Kimberly Kassner,“ It is evident that kids in the athletic programs throughout the city have great athletic ability and talent however; the missing component is the commitment and the grades in the classroom to take them to the next level.” EmpowerMind was developed for just that, to provide the needed coaching to our athletes in the classroom to keep their star potential for grades as well. With the support of Kevin Smith, a very successful professional athlete that played football from a young age to high school, into college and now for our own Detroit Lions, we are able to show and encourage Detroit’s youth to take their commitment they have on the playing field into the classroom.
To VOTE visit www.refresheverything.com/empowermind daily and please vote once a day along with texting 102690 to PEPSI (73774). Each individual can vote once daily online as well as through their mobile phone via text. Please help support Detroit Public Schools to win!
EmpowerMind helps all types of students from struggling students to honor students cut study time in half, and improve overall test scores and grades. It’s accomplished by helping them discover HOW they learn best by capitalizing on their strengths. Once they learn this, they can take information they are being taught in schools and convert it into their unique learning style to accelerate learning with better results and greater confidence.
