With 1:48 remaining in the first half, LB Ashlee Palmer intercepted a QB Brian Brohm pass at the Detroit 47-yard line for a 39-yard return to the Buffalo 14-yard line. The play set up a FB Jerome Felton 1-yard touchdown.
With 3:55 remaining in the third quarter RB DeDe Dorsey ran in for a 25-yard touchdown.
The Lions took the lead, 21-16, with 10:57 remaining in the game as WR Derrick Williams scored on a 16-yard touchdown pass from QB Drew Stanton on second-and-6.
On third-and-4 with 6:44 remaining in the game, CB Paul Pratt intercepted a QB Levi Brown pass at the Detroit 5-yard line and ran in 102 yards for the score, putting the Lions ahead 28-16.
