Detroit Lions Youth Football hosted their first Academy of 2012 at Ford Field on Monday, February 20th.
Seventy youth athletes from the surrounding Detroit area participated in the Quarterback/Wide Receiver Academy learning football fundamentals, teamwork, and leadership while having fun during interactive drills on the Lions home field.
The Academy took place from 9am-4pm and helped athletes advance their football skills.
