Detroit Lions' Andre Fluellen Teams Up With Tots For Toys To Host "Touchdowns & Toys"

15 December, 2011, Detroit, MI- Defensive Tackle Andre Fluellen of the Detroit Lions has decided to team up with  “Toys for Tots” this holiday season, in an effort to provide children who are less fortunate with a wonderful Christmas. The event will take place December 20, 2011 at Dave & Busters of Utica from 7-10 p.m.

“This what the holidays are all about, giving back,” said Fluellen “Toys for Tots is a great organization that brings joy to many kids every Christmas, I am just happy to lend a hand.” Guests that attend the event are asked to bring one purchased toy to gain access to an evening of free gaming. Guests will also be able to mingle with Fluellen and other teammates. “One thing I have learned in my years here Metro-Detroiters love to give back, I look forward to seeing Lions fans out showing support to these children.”

DTE will be present during the event to help Michigan home owners save on their energy bills this season by setting up appointments for free home energy audits that may include up to 40 free low energy light bulbs.
