Season Ticket Account Policies
In addition to the General Ticket Policies above, this Season Ticket Account Policy (the "Policy") of DLI governs the purchase by the person or entity identified as the account holder ("Account Holder") of season tickets ("Season Tickets") for those certain seats ("Seats") designated in the Account Holder's season ticket account(s) ("Season Ticket Account") for Detroit Lions games ("Games") at Ford Field. All Account Holders are bound by this Policy.
1. Season Ticket Accounts.
A Season Ticket Account is a revocable license issued for a given NFL season by DLI. Season Ticket Accounts are subject to the terms, conditions and policies, including the Fan Code of Conduct, established from time to time by DLI in its sole discretion. The current policies may be modified and supplemented at any time by DLI without notice. Any modifications or new policies will be effective when adopted. Account Holders should not rely upon or have any expectation that policies presently applicable to Season Ticket Accounts will continue to apply in the future.
Account Holders are valued customers of DLI, and DLI will diligently attempt to accommodate its customers. However, the opportunity to establish Season Ticket Accounts and purchase Season Tickets from year-to-year is a privilege granted by DLI in its sole discretion and which may be revoked by DLI at any time with or without cause. Neither a Season Ticket Account, nor the opportunity to establish a Season Ticket Account, constitutes any form of legal, equitable, prescriptive or contractual property right under state statutory or common law or under the United States Bankruptcy Code. Account Holders should not form any expectations or rely upon their ability to renew a Season Ticket Account or purchase Season Tickets for any given season. The location of the Seats for Season Tickets in a Season Ticket Account from year-to-year is determined by DLI in its sole discretion.
3. Prohibited Resales.
Resale is not permitted in and around Ford Field and may result in fine or arrest. Violation of these restrictions may result in termination of the related Season Ticket Account. [Note: Moved to Section 5]
4. Limited Transfer Policy and Account Consolidation.
Season Ticket Accounts are nontransferable without the prior approval of DLI, which approval may be withheld by DLI in its sole discretion. In the event that you wish to transfer or assign your Season Ticket Account to another person or business entity, the Account Holder must contact the Ford Field Ticket Office in order to discuss the proposed transfer or assignment. As a general rule, partial transfers of Season Ticket Accounts (i.e., subdividing) will not be approved. Further, DLI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to consolidate multiple accounts of an Account Holder into a single Season Ticket Account.
5. Revocation of Season Ticket Accounts.
DLI reserves the right to revoke any Season Ticket and Season Ticket Account without refund as a result of, without limitation, (a) violation of, or conduct undertaken with the intent to circumvent, any provision of this Season Ticket Policy, (b) violation of applicable law or any of the other policies of DLI or Ford Field, (c) any form of fraudulent activity, (d) the purchase of tickets to Games for the primary purpose and intent of reselling the tickets on the secondary market, and (e) the use of tickets to games for sweepstakes, contests or promotions without the express written consent of the NFL and DLI. Account Holders are responsible for any liability or damages caused by their conduct as well as the conduct of anyone else using the Account Holder’s Seats. Violations of the Fan Code of Conduct or the law by anyone using such Seats at Games will be deemed to be a breach of this Policy by the Account Holder, and may result in the termination of your Season Ticket Account.
6. Digital Ticketing Policy.
Season Ticket Accounts with eighteen (18) or more Seats will be filled only through digital tickets issued through Flash Seats Holdings, LLC. (“Flash Seats”). This will require the Account Holder to register for an account with Flash Seats and provide that information to DLI to allow their Season Tickets to be digitally credited to their Flash Seats account. Exceptions to this policy may be granted by DLI in its sole discretion in cases of hardship where there is a clearly demonstrated need for the issuance of physical tickets. Hardship exceptions will not be considered for any Account Holder with prior instances of (a) duplicate tickets having been presented to the same Seat at an event, or (b) fans having been ejected from the Account Holder’s Seats for violating the Code of Fan Conduct. The concealment of multiple accounts by a single Account Holder is a violation of this policy and may result in the termination of the Account Holder’s Season Ticket Account.
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. DLI reserves the right to cancel orders, void tickets, deny admission and terminate Season Ticket Accounts for violation of any policies of Ford Field or DLI without notice.Last Revised February 1, 2016
